Big news today from Agenda trade show, the leader in action sports, streetwear, urbanwear apparel, footwear and accessories as they have moved their New York show to Miami. We’re pleased to hear this, especially the cool location and timeframe.
Here’s more:
On January 18, 2016, Agenda will launch in Miami, FL. We have been holding the show in the dead of New York winter ever since the first east coast show debuted there in 2009. Now it’s time for a change of scenery.
Agenda was founded on a platform of innovation against industry norms. We are always looking for ways to push the boundaries and expand our reach. Agenda has experienced its greatest success when stepping out of our comfort zone and creating a stand-alone destination event.
Much like our move from San Diego to Long Beach, this move to Miami will be a key moment in the evolution in our east coast presence,” said Agenda founder Aaron Levant of the new Miami event. Agenda Miami will take place at the Mana Wynwood gallery on January 18 and 19, 2016, in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. Wynwood is known globally for its large scale outdoor mural projects when Miami plays host to the annual Art Basel week.
“We’re excited to step out of the stuffy convention center atmosphere and back to our roots in a non-traditional raw warehouse space. Everything will be reimagined for this new edition of Agenda, from the brand mix, to the look and feel of the show. Miami offers us the perfect backdrop to create fresh energy around our brands and the industry as a whole.”
